Serengeti National Park

Life on the African Savanna

The Serengeti is one of the world’s most extraordinary wildlife landscapes—an ecosystem defined by vast grasslands, ancient migration routes, and some of the most iconic animals on earth. In this environment, predator and prey, movement and stillness, coexist across one of Africa’s most celebrated national parks.

This Falcon Pass Studio collection captures a series of intimate wildlife studies photographed within Serengeti National Park, Tanzania. The works highlight defining species of the region, including lions resting on the open savanna, a young elephant exploring its surroundings, a leopard poised in the shelter of a tree, and the vibrant lilac-breasted roller, one of Africa’s most colorful birds.

Rather than broad landscape panoramas, these works focus on individual encounters with wildlife—moments that reveal the character and presence of the animals that define the Serengeti ecosystem.

Created from original photographic studies and interpreted through a watercolor aesthetic, the pieces emphasize the texture, light, and natural setting that make the Serengeti one of the most remarkable wildlife environments on the planet.
